| Hey y'all , I had a minute to just sit down so I thought I'd just make a little post. A lot has been going on in my life, crazy fun stuff mostly. I made the AU Dance Team so I'll be dancing at all the football games and other stuff. I'm going to be super buff from that. What else, I'm getting back into theater which is more amazing than I could have imagined. I was asked to asm the upcoming show so I can ease in to it and I've decided to get a minor in performing arts. I'm also in the Middle Eastern Dance Club, which means I will soon be belly dancing in performances. I've still got those two jobs too. So along with all my classes, my life is pretty stinkin busy. Well I'm exausted so I'm hitting the hay. I miss all of you and love you very much!

| Hey y'all! I'm all moved in to my cute little room in Alfred now and loving it. My room isn't so bad for being a single, I have plenty of room and theresn ot even anything under my bed! I just wanted to write a little hello to all my Brockport friends, I miss you guys and I love you so much! I haven't gone to any classes yet so i'm sitting here waiting to have something to do. Well I'm going to go find something to do! Belinda
College Tips from Bel:
Crackers - the new bread
You can eat them with cheese, mustard and turkey, peanut butter and jelly, anything. They don't go bad quickly like bread does. They're smaller and don't stick to the roof of you're mouth.

| Worse than Heartbreak...
Wow guys, I'm a blubbering mess right now. It's like I spent the whole summer looking forward to going back to school and now that I've got less than a week, I wish time would stop. I'm not sure how many more goodbyes I can handle. First Brendan, then Bre, Jen's next. This was the best summer of my life, and it was all because of my friends. Growing up I never spent that much time out with my friends, mostly due to a restrictive household but partly because of my own insecurities. These last few months I've realized how much I was really missing out on. The only time I can truly be myself is when I'm with all of you. Who else would I go "swimming" with, or to show world, or on any of the other random and amazing adventures we've been on. I've been crying so much the last couple days, as soon as I look at the calendar and realize I leave friday morning. I haven't even started packing yet because everytime I do, I find a picture or an object that makes me think of this place and how much I'm going to miss it. The most incredible thing in the world is the undeniable fact that
there is noone in the world like us
No matter how hard I looked, noone could compare with the uniqueness of our group. So thank you for being the most interesting, crazy, random, incredible, sweet, amazing, fun, loving, beautiful people I've ever known. I hope and pray that these friendships really do last forever, no matter where we go or who we become. I think the end of Amanda's last post sums it up perfectly...
I'll be seeing you | | |
| 10 More Days!
This is nuts guys. I'm so very excited to go back and yet I'm going to
miss you all soooo much! This weekend was amazing and I'm happy I got
to see everyone before people start to leave for school. And I got to
eat at my first IHOP!
That reminds me, when we were there, Jen and I were talking about Lewis
Black and his whole thing about IHOP and the girl saying "if it weren't
for my horse I wouldn't have spent that year in college." Well, I heard
something today that made me think of that immediately. We were eating
at Phillips in Henrietta and I hear this lady say "His first day at his
new foster home, he stole the zucchini and ate the whole thing" There
was nothing preceeding or following the statement...it was just that.
And I just stared blankly in confusion and laughed to myself.
I'm freaking out about money, which is something every 19 year old girl
should have to endure of course. I already have two jobs at school, and
if I get the third one I'll still only be making a maximum of $250 a
week and that's if I work my butt off. Somehow it doesn't seem worth
it. But a girl needs money, especially with Bonnie needing massive
quantities of gas.
I really hope each and every one of you keeps in touch when we all go back to school!
Love,
Belinda
